The giant warm pool was absolutely refreshing and a perfect way to relax.

i recently stayed at this resort for my anniversary, and it easily exceeded my expectations based on a previous trip to rio grande. the spacious king room with garden view was beautifully decorated and super comfortable, and the pool area was simply spectacular. the staff was friendly and attentive, which made everything even more enjoyable.

We loved the hammocks and the stunning beach views! The giant pool was a hit with the kids.

My experience was quite disappointing. The pool area was often dirty and staff seemed unbothered, as trash was overflowing and we even found animal waste by the pool. Service was consistently slow, particularly at the restaurants, which made it frustrating to dine. We called multiple times for extra towels and had to wait an hour on our last day just for those.

We loved the incredible poolside service, the staff were quick to bring us drinks while we sunbathed. One evening, we had the most delicious sushi at their restaurant, it was like art on a plate!

It wasn’t cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more lounge chairs available for families. It was tough to find a spot at the pool or beach without waking up at dawn.

We had a lovely stay in a spacious King Room with gorgeous ocean views and enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The amenities were great, but the food options felt a bit limited compared to what we expected. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, just keep in mind to explore nearby dining spots for more variety!
